نطاقُ هذه السياسة. تسري على الدخول الموحّد لمنصّات جامعة سليمان الراجحي (dt.sr.edu.sa/sso) وعلى المنصّات الداخلية التي تدخلها به. ولا تسري على الموقع العامّ للجامعة ولا على أنظمتها الأكاديمية، فلكلٍّ سياستُه.
Scope. This policy covers single sign-on for Sulaiman Alrajhi University platforms (dt.sr.edu.sa/sso) and the internal platforms it grants access to. It does not cover the university's public website or its academic systems, each of which has its own policy.
١ · من يستطيع الدخول1 · Who may sign in
الدخولُ مقصورٌ على أصحاب البريد الجامعيّ الرسميّ في نطاقَي الجامعة: sr.edu.sa للمنسوبين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وsrcolleges.org للطلبة. وأيُّ بريدٍ من غيرهما يُرفَض في قاعدة البيانات نفسِها قبل أن يُنشأ له ملفّ — لا بإخفاء زرٍّ في المتصفّح.
Sign-in is limited to holders of an official university email in the university's two domains: sr.edu.sa for staff and faculty, and srcolleges.org for students. Any other address is rejected in the database itself, before a profile is created — not by hiding a button in the browser.
والدخولُ يتمّ عبر حساب Google الخاصّ بالجامعة. ولا نرى كلمةَ مرورك ولا نخزّنها — تُدخَل عند جوجل وحدَها. Sign-in is performed through your university Google account. We neither see nor store your password — it is entered with Google only.
٢ · ما نجمعه بالضبط2 · Exactly what we collect
نطلب من جوجل ثلاثةَ حقولٍ لا رابع: هويّتك، وبريدك، واسمك وصورتك. ولا نطلب بريدك الوارد، ولا ملفّاتك، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا أيّ شيءٍ آخر في حسابك. We request three fields from Google and no more: your identifier, your email, and your name and picture. We do not request your inbox, your files, your contacts, or anything else in your account.

وما تكتبه داخل منصّةٍ بعد دخولك — طلبٌ أو موعدٌ أو مهمّة — تحكمه المنصّةُ صاحبةُ الخدمة والجهةُ المالكة لها، وهذه السياسةُ تغطّي الدخولَ والهويّة. Content you enter inside a platform after signing in — a request, an appointment, a task — is governed by that platform and its owning unit; this policy covers sign-in and identity.
٣ · من يرى بياناتك3 · Who sees your data
- أنت — ملفُّك وصلاحياتك في كلّ منصّة.You — your profile and your roles across platforms.
- مسؤولُ المنصّة التي تدخلها — ليمنحك صلاحيتك أو يسحبها.The administrator of a platform you use — to grant or withdraw your access.
- إدارةُ التحول الرقمي — لتشغيل النظام ومعالجة أعطاله.The Digital Transformation Department — to operate the system and resolve faults.
ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستعملها في إعلان، ولا نسلّمها لطرفٍ ثالثٍ لغرضٍ تجاريّ — أيّاً كان. ولا تُنقل إلى جهةٍ خارج الجامعة إلا بموجب نظامٍ نافذٍ في المملكة العربية السعودية. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or hand it to any third party for commercial purposes. It is not transferred outside the university except as required by applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
ويُحفَظ النظامُ لدى مزوّدٍ تقنيّ (Supabase) بعقدٍ مع الجامعة وبضوابط حمايةٍ على مستوى الصفّ، فلا يرى أحدٌ صفّاً ليس له. The system is hosted with a technical provider (Supabase) under contract with the university, with row-level protection, so no one sees a record that is not theirs.
٤ · كم تبقى4 · How long it is kept
- ملفُّك — ما دامت علاقتُك بالجامعة قائمة. وعند انتهائها يُعطَّل الحساب وتُسحب صلاحياتُه.Your profile — for the duration of your relationship with the university. On its end, the account is disabled and its access withdrawn.
- سجلُّ التدقيق — يُحفَظ للمساءلة، ولا يُحذف بحذف الحساب: سجلٌّ يُمحى بمحو صاحبه لا يصلح للمساءلة أصلاً.The audit log — retained for accountability, and not deleted when an account is deleted: a log erased by erasing its subject is of no use for accountability.
- رمزُ جلستك — يعيش ساعةً ثم يُجدَّد، ويزول بتسجيل الخروج.Your session token — lives one hour, then renews, and is cleared on sign-out.
٥ · حقوقك5 · Your rights
- أن تعرف ما هو محفوظٌ عنك.To know what is stored about you.
- أن تُصحَّح بياناتُك إن كانت خاطئة.To have your data corrected if it is wrong.
- أن تُسحَب صلاحيتُك من منصّةٍ لا تحتاجها.To have your access withdrawn from a platform you no longer need.
- أن تشتكي إن رأيتَ بياناتك استُعملت في غير موضعها.To complain if you believe your data was used improperly.

These rights are exercised by writing to the Digital Transformation Department at dt@sr.edu.sa.
ولك أن تسحب إذنَك من جوجل في أيّ وقتٍ من إعدادات حسابك — وعندها يتوقّف دخولُك إلى منصّات الجامعة. You may withdraw your consent from Google at any time in your account settings — after which you will no longer be able to sign in to the university's platforms.
٦ · ملفّاتُ التتبّع6 · Tracking
لا نستعمل ملفّاتِ تتبّعٍ إعلانية ولا تحليلاتِ طرفٍ ثالث. ويُخزَّن في متصفّحك رمزُ جلستك وتفضيلُ اللغة لا غير، وكلاهما يزول بتسجيل الخروج أو بمسح بيانات الموقع. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Your browser stores only your session token and your language preference; both are cleared on sign-out or by clearing site data.
٧ · تغييرُ هذه السياسة7 · Changes to this policy
تُحدَّث عند تغيّرِ ما نجمعه أو ما نفعله به، ويُحدَّث معها تاريخُ آخر تعديلٍ أدناه. It is updated when what we collect or what we do with it changes, and the revision date below is updated with it.
